International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Association (IHFCA)

International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) is initiated by China SAE..The Association, functioning as bridge and linkage to integrate the resources across the entire hydrogen fuel cell industry chain, will create an international platform to promote global communication and collaboration encompassing a complete hydrogen fuel cell industry chain. The objective is to collectively manage various challenges facing the fuel cell industry during its commercialization, foster a market environment encouraging fuel cell scalable applications, and promote global fuel cell technology advancement and commercial deployment as well as Association members’ collaborative development.

Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association of Singapore (HFCAS)

HFCAS has its roots as a community started in 2007 with support from the Economic Development Board (EDB) – part of the Singapore Government. At the end of 2019, it was decided to formalise the Singapore Fuel Cell Community to provide a united voice of the industry with credibility when dealing with government agencies, other associations and companies. The Association with all its members are helping to educate and promote the use of hydrogen and fuel cells in the Singapore context to help Singapore decarbonize and move towards a greener energy mix for power generation, mobility and industrial applications.

Japan Hydrogen Association (JH2A)

JH2A Purpose is A rich earth created with hydrogen ~Delivering the ever-changing and nature-friendly power of hydrogen to the world~ Hydrogen with atomic number 1 and the simplest structure. It is the first atom formed in the universe, and the universe, the earth, and living things are full of hydrogen. Clean energy that can be extracted from various substances and does not emit CO2 when burned. It can change shape freely and can be used as electricity, heat, or raw material. We, JH2A, deliver the ever-changing and nature-friendly power of hydrogen to the world, and create a future that is both people- and nature-friendly.

Hydrogen Europe

Hydrogen Europe is the leading organization representing European based companies and stakeholders that are committed to moving towards a (circular) carbon neutral economy. With more than 350 companies, 20 EU regions and 30 national associations as members, we encompass the entire value chain of the European hydrogen and fuel cell ecosystem. Our vision is to propel global carbon neutrality by accelerating European hydrogen industry and we are the industrial key partner of the Clean Hydrogen partnership.

France Hydrogène (France Hydrogene)

Bringing together more than 400 members, France Hydrogène brings together the actors of the French hydrogen sector structured across the entire value chain: large industrial groups developing large-scale projects, SMEs-SMIs and innovative start-ups supported by laboratories and research centers of excellence, associations, competitiveness clusters and local authorities mobilized for the deployment of hydrogen solutions.

Hydrogen Energy Association (HEA)

The UK Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association is the oldest and largest pan UK association, dedicated to supporting stakeholders across the entire value chain of both the Hydrogen sector and the Fuel Cell industry. We launched in the summer of 2010, following the merger of Fuel Cells UK and the UK Hydrogen Association. With over 15 years of experience, the UK HFCA is a leader in advocating for and accelerating the transition to Net Zero in the UK through the deployment of hydrogen & fuel cell solutions.

the Dutch Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (NWBA)

The NWBA was established to combine the strengths of government, industry and research institutions in order to further develop hydrogen technology, accelerate its application and thus create opportunities for Dutch industry. What’s more, by becoming a member of the NWBA, you will stay up to date with the latest developments, policy changes and plans in the field of hydrogen and fuel cells and your vision and needs will be included in the advice to the government.

The Spanish Hydrogen Association (AeH2)

The Spanish Hydrogen Association (AeH2) is the voice of the hydrogen industry in Spain. It represents more than 300 partners from across the hydrogen value chain, including renewable energy promoters, equipment, and, component manufacturers, engineering and EPC, Oil & Gas, industrial gases, transport, organizations linked to the sector, etc. The AeH2, positioned as a reference agent within the hydrogen sector, has been working since its foundation in 2002, to encourage, promote and drive the technological and industrial development of hydrogen technologies in our country, to ensure that their positive impact revert on the Spanish society and economy.

Hydrogen Denmark

Hydrogen Denmark brings together all hydrogen and Power-to-X (PtX) stakeholders in Denmark. We are the main industry organisation for hydrogen and PtX, and represent the entire value chain from research to business, and from the production of renewable energy and energy technology such as fuel cells and electrolysis, to the use of hydrogen, methanol, ammonia and other electrofuels in, for example, the transport sector. We support our members’ work to spread and implement hydrogen and PtX technologies in Denmark and in the rest of the world. The hydrogen and PtX industries are growing rapidly, and with the strong Danish competencies in the field, Denmark could be a leading nation in this field – for the benefit of both the climate, creation of green jobs and Danish export services.

Vetgas Sverige, Hydrogen Sweden

Hydrogen Sweden is a Public Private Partnership with members and financiers from industry, NGO’s and local, regional and national government. The PPP was founded in January 2007 and promotes a balanced and pragmatic approach to hydrogen. Hydrogen Sweden is non-profit, includes approx. 100 members at the moment.

Norwegian Hydrogen Forum (NHF)

The Norwegian Hydrogen Forum (NHF) was founded in 1996 as a nonprofit members’ association for conveying and promoting the advantages of hydrogen as an energy carrier in Norway. Our more than 60 members span Norwegian industry, universities, research institutes and other organizations engaged or otherwise interested in hydrogen. NHF works actively to disseminate key achievements from hydrogen research and technology commercialisation, market trends, national and international policy-making by organizing conferences, seminars and workshops, and connecting relevant international cooperation.

Hungarian Hydrogen Technology Association(HH2)

With the strategic recommendation of the Hydrogen Technology Association, Hungary published its own national hydrogen strategy in the summer of 2021, the aim of which is to encourage the development of the hydrogen economy and ensure Hungary’s active role in the introduction of European hydrogen technology. By outlining an ambitious but realistic vision, Hungary’s National Hydrogen Strategy will pave the way for the development of a hydrogen economy, thus contributing to the achievement of decarbonisation goals and creating the opportunity for Hungary to become an active player in the European hydrogen space. In the long run, the Strategy focuses on “green” hydrogen, but in addition to hydrogen produced from renewable sources, mainly solar energy, Hungary does not ignore the possibilities of hydrogen production based on nuclear-based and carbon-free electricity from the grid. In addition, low-carbon hydrogen will be needed in the short and medium term to rapidly reduce emissions and create a viable hydrogen market.

Hydrogen Poland jest organizacją zrzeszającą przedsiębiorców z obszaru gospodraki wodorowej, budowaną oddolnie w oparciu o silny fundament kompetencyjny. Głównym zadaniem Hydrogen Poland jest reprezentowanie interesów polskiego biznesu w kraju i na arenie międzynarodowej. Hydrogen Poland oferuje szeroki wachlarz usług o charakterze doradczym oraz szkoleniowym, wspiera procesy inwestycyjne w obszarze technologii wodorowych, jak również poszukuje synergii sektorowych w celu poprawy efektywności projektów. Stowarzyszenie zajmuje się kompleksową obsługą procesu legislacyjnego, począwszy od działań public affairs, na przygotowywaniu i opiniowaniu projektów ustaw lub innych aktów prawnych dotyczących procesu wdrażania technologii wodoru i ogniw paliwowych skończywszy. Eksperci stowarzyszenia posiadają bogate doświadczenie w zakresie pozyskiwania środków inwestycyjnych z funduszy europejskich na realizację projektów wodorowych w Polsce, promowanie, wspieranie oraz przyspieszanie procesu wdrażania technologii wodorowych i ogniw paliwowych (“FCH”) w kraju, zapewnianiu specjalistycznej wiedzy i doradztwa dla wybranych podmiotów.

The Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA) is the national industry association for the expansive and growing hydrogen and fuel cell sector, representing around eighty leading companies and organizations that are advancing innovative, clean, safe, and reliable energy technologies. FCHEA drives support and provides a consistent industry voice to regulators and policymakers. Our educational efforts promote the environmental and economic benefits of fuel cell and hydrogen energy technologies. The mission of FCHEA is to advance the commercialization of and promote the markets for fuel cells and hydrogen energy.

The Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (CHFCA)

The Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (CHFCA) is a national, non-profit sector association comprising industry, academia, research agencies and other stakeholders focused on advancing the use of clean hydrogen and fuel cell technologies and products to help tackle our world’s most critical energy challenges. With a 40-year legacy of industry expertise, we are considered global leaders in hydrogen and fuel cells as a result of our pioneering technologies and a strong history of partnerships between industry, academia, governments and other international professional associations that are working to advance hydrogen and fuel cell technologies.

Australia Hydrogen Council(AHC)

The Australian Hydrogen Council is the peak body for the hydrogen industry, with members from across the hydrogen value chain. We represent the emerging hydrogen industry and connect it with its stakeholders to collectively create a clean and resilient energy future that has hydrogen as a key part of the energy mix. The AHC strategic goals are to progress Australia’s establishment as a global hydrogen powerhouse, advocate for policy settings that accelerate Australia’s move towards clean and renewable hydrogen technologies, support collaboration within the industry and with governments, academia and the public, be the trusted, acknowledged and influential voice of the clean hydrogen industry.

Costa Rican Hydrogen Alliance(ACH2)

The Chilean Hydrogen Associatoin (H2Chile)

The Chilean Hydrogen Association, H2 Chile, founded in 2018 as a non-profit association. Its objective is to accelerate the energy transition by promoting hydrogen and its use as an energy vector in industrial, commercial, residential and mobility applications. It aims to position Chile as one of the leading countries in the production and export of green hydrogen. Our members come from the private, public and academic sectors with 45 professional partners and more than 60 leading companies. With the current partners, H2 Chile can cover the entire green hydrogen value chain.

Hidrógeno Colombia (Colombian Hydrogen Association)

The Colombian Hydrogen Association – Hydrogen Colombia – It is the association that promotes the development of hydrogen as an energy vector in Colombia. Founded in May 2021, Hydrogen Colombia brings together companies, non-profit entities and academic entities and individuals interested in developing hydrogen for the purpose of decarbonizing our country. We object to promote and accelerate the adoption of hydrogen in Colombia, as an energy vector for use in the energy, transport and industry sectors, contributing to the country's energy transformation, reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG) emissions, and generating sustainable economic growth In colombia.

Consortium for the Development of the Hydrogen Economy in Argentina (H2ar)

H2AR Consortium has been launched by the Y-TEC under an opportunity to innovate and boost the development of the hydrogen economy in Argentina. It is a collaborative workspace between companies that already work or are interested in taking part of the hydrogen value chain, from production to application. We target creating a common mid and long-term vision to align efforts and reduce the uncertainty of new technologies implementation and business opportunities on hydrogen, developing pilot projects to define efficiencies, costs and operation parameters and give signs investment that activate the local market, and generating strategies in the different fields of application that identify challenges and promote the development of local technological and productive capacities in an associative way.
